Sofia's Canterbury Training

My training for the Canterbury team is going well. I have to run at least 20 mins per day [1000 mins in 10 weeks] on September the 22 I leave for Hanmer. On the 23rd is my race against nelson and others at the Inter Regional Cross Country.

    Hello Everyone! This is great and I love seeing all your activities. I posted a comment last night but it doesn't appear to be here now! You have both done very well. Gabriella are you going to be a TV presenter?? Sofia we wish you all the best luck for your race in Hanmer. You have done so well to be a Canterbury rep at only 10 years old.Fantastic!!!     Dear Kennedy family loved the intervies Gabrella and Sofia and we will be shouting for you on the 23rd Sofia. Emilio how fast yiu can run, but I look forward to seeing your new acivity and viewing the new Billy Elliot ! Jakob enjoyed the basket ball but could just not make you out. Wher were you Murray? Good to talk to you Alu on Skype and see you so clearly apart from the one or two freezes which also happenned with Peter in Pahia. Hope to talk again as it is a good way of seeing how you are.
