Hi this is Sofia. here is a video of me winning my school cross country. I got into the zones again and the Christian schools cross country.
Emilio did really well in his first cross country. He came 1st in his age group by heaps and 7th over all against all the 7 - 10 year olds. They don't normally let 7 yr olds go to zones, but because he was so fast, they are letting him and he also got into the Christian schools cross country.
